Congrats EAbbas!!!

This morning I was not feeling too great because I haven't been able to get ahold of the supervisor who requested my case, but I figured I would try to sign into the payment portal anyway. Sign-in fail!!! I called the AVR and got a confirmation that my case was completed yesterday! smile.gif

It won't ever say 'accepted'. It just stays as 'complete'. The only way to know if it was accepted is either through the AVR, an operator tells you, or the IV bill appears.

Congrats Kimsue. See you made it before me. Operator told me today my case is being reviewed by a supervisor so hope it will close soon :star: fingers crossed.

I talked to a supervisor about requesting my case late on Friday, so between Monday and Wednesday she managed to get my file, make comments (hopefully telling the person working on my case that s/he is an idiot), return the file to document review, and have my case completed. If a supervisor has his/her hands on your file right now I would say it's a very good thing!
