It won't ever say 'accepted'. It just stays as 'complete'. The only way to know if it was accepted is either through the AVR, an operator tells you, or the IV bill appears.

I haven't sent in the AOS yet after the RFE. I am trying to time my interview date for the first week of July :devil: I will send it next week.

Congrats on the CC!

In regards to our AOS invoice being generated, my husband gave NVC a call, the lady over the phone told him, "I have no clue, we only process paperwork, wait until Monday and if you don't see the AOS invoice generated, give us a call back. The website is handled by the state and it has been a problem since implemented"...if she has no clue now, what makes her think she'll have a clue then?!...maybe I'm just being impatient, but it has been 4 days since we received our case number and completed the DS-261. On the payment portal, the AOS fee doesn't even show as "not invoiced", it's just greyed out, and on the IV portal, it shows a SIF!

My husband mentioned that their wonky site is due to poor coding/programming...hopefully they fix that soon!

I was hoping to have at least one fee paid by the end of this week, guess that's not happening :(

Our case was entered into their system last Friday, I filled out the DS-261 on Monday and they sent me an acceptance e-mail (surprisingly). So I was hoping that the AOS invoice would've been generated by now. oh forgot to mention, on the summary of FEES at the bottom where it says "number of IV fees: 1" it states that there is 1 pending, yet it's inactive. Guess that's normal for them

I called to be sure our documents were in the system...called about ev other day or so..other than that...its about all you can do until you hear from them.. good luck! InshALLAH we all will hear some good news soon!

All you basically do now is wait. I called up every single day to see if there was any update to my case. You should do the same, or as often as possible. You should hear something within the next week or two. Good luck yes.gif
