Thanks your right and I choose not to try to defend myself bcos our actions speak louder than words...and we didnt marry impulsively...there was a lot to think about before we committed to eachother ...take away the nationalities and we are all the same...just ppl with the same goals..to love and be loved in a good respectful loving relationship...bottom line ;)

Thats right - our flags might be different but our hearts are the same. We go through this long journey to be together with our spouse and spend the rest of our lives like it were a honeymoon everyday (as per Saylin)

Hi, everyone! I just got my case number yesterday! Now I have questions! lol

1. Just checking this for double sure!! The beneficiary and petitioner send in the DS3032 by email with the data form you put in the body of the email, correct??

2. The lady who i talked yesterday said i had to wait 4-6 weeks until i got an email from NVC to send in the DS3032? is this true? from what i had understood from before is that you sent in the DS3032 once you got the case number.

anybody have a clue for me? I overnighted my packages last monday NVC signed for them Tuesday before noon...nothing yet...I called today she tells me it will be 20 days before they get uploaded into system for review?? huh?? I thought (and maybe its my mistake) that once its sent it wouldnt take but maybe a week to load and start review? How long before I see any other progress? She did say she sees we paid the AOS and IV bills and everything else looked good...blahhhhhh :hehe:

I have the same situation and now I'm stressing out because they LOOSE DOCUMENTS before they get into the system. This week will be a hell to me

1 - Yes, just follow the template to email the DS-3032 and you'll be fine. You can also mail a copy if you wish too.

2 - Some people do send in the DS-3032 as soon as they have the case number. But there are some people who suggest waiting till you get the first correspondence from NVC since they might not be ready to receive the DS-3032 yet. I would suggest emailing it asap, and then when you get that first correspondence, email it again (if your first one didn't get accepted by that time).

If you read on, I replied to that post. It can take 2-3 weeks from mailing your package for NVC to match it up to your case and start reviewing it. Just keep calling NVC to ask for updates.

If you didn't want to mark on the certificates, some people suggest putting sticky notes instead. It's not a big deal though. Putting the case number on every form and document is just in case if a paper falls out from a package. Having a case number written on it makes it easier for it to be hooked back up with the file.

Yes, send the template ASAP, always be proactive! And in case you later get an e-mail from NVC just send it again!

Good luck, you're getting closer!

I got my case number today, they had the file from 4/20/11. I could sign in to the Payment portal but did not see the invoice. However as of a few minutes ago, I cannot sign in! It says that my case is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center! The customer service agent I spoke with this evening, said nothing of the sort. If anyone knows what is going on, please advise.

It's just a fake SIF. You have to give it a few days for the bill to appear and let you sign in.
