i forgot one more question. How to understand when NVC receievd my documents?

When you get the NOA2 keep calling NVC and speak to an operator to find out what your Case #, INN and BIN are and give them your email addresses. If they dont have one for you yet just keep trying every day till they give you one. dont listen to some of them as they will say to call back after 6-8 weeks! . Then sign in to the payment portal, pay fees, send email for Choice of agent or fill out the form and email.

There are a lot of helpful links and i found this one http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/LingChe_NVC_ShortCut most helpful when starting out. hope it helps.

Please remember, BIN (Beneficiary ID Number) is ONLY needed by those doing online forms (Canada, Greece, Iraq, Jordan, Mexico, and Peru). All other countries do not have to concern themselves with this number.

I was just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this, but my marriage certificate is on an odd sized piece of paper and I was curious if I can scan part of the original and the photo copy the same way so that it will be missing bottom portion where the seal is. Will NVC accept this when e-mailing the IV package?

If there's another acceptable way to do this, please let me know :)

Thank you in advance!

I would suggest asking an operator about this. I would think NVC would want to see the whole paper, including the seal. You might have to scan the top part, then scan the bottom part, and email both parts in the IV package. If you do it this way, I would suggest mentioning something in the cover letter, that the certificate was too large and you had to scan it in two parts, so the reviewing officer understands why there's two parts for your marriage certificate.

Grats on sending out the AOS! Our AOS package was also 8MB ;)

If the AVR updated saying your Choice of Agent form was accepted, then your IV bill should be invoiced either tomorrow or very soon.

My marriage certificate is also on odd size paper. All I did was adjust the zoom setting in the photocopier to print it on Legal size paper. Kinko's or any such place will have a photocopier with this function.
