Excellent idea, thanks. My hours have passed by reading posts. But I cant seem to concentrate. I jump around different threads sometimes not posting coz I cant get my thoughts in order. Then I switch to looking on what is on sale on department store websites. Very dangerous. Get bored with that, then read the news. Then check my emails on the coputer in cause my Blackberry didnt forward the message yet. Omg. Cant stop thinking about the interview date. :help:

What does PE stand for? I saw this abbreviation in this discussion.

Where did you see PE? That's not an immigration term... The only thing I can think of is Physical Examination for the medical, but besides that, no idea.

Darnell..

I want to cry!!! so, when I called the NVC two weeks after we emailed everything and then we got a RFE for our marriage certificate and our police certificate. However, the marraige certificate was sent along with the DS130 and the police certificate was sent along with the DS230. So I spoke with the lawyers and they said just to go ahead and send it again. Not only it took them TWO weeks to just to EMAIL the SAME thing again, they also sent in the wrong stuff. I guess for China, they need a certificate from PSB (Gona An Ju) instead of (Pai Chu Suo, the smaller branch). My lawyer sent something in from Pai Chu Suo and not Gong An Ju. It makes me mad because I told them to submit the Gong An Ju notarization two weeks ago but the lawyer said it is not needed. So now, we are back to square one. How could the law firm call them selfs law firms when they do not know what is going on and it takes them TWO weeks to send an email when all the information is already there??? I HATE my lawyers.

OK - it's official - your lawyer isn't trainable, at all.

anything submitted with the I-130 is a photocopy.

anything submitted with the DS-230 is an original (IN THE CASE OF EP, the scan showing the chop/seal/stamp is sufficient, then show original on intake day at GUZ IV)

FWIW, an immigration attorney is only as good as the legal staff he/she has - it smells like your immigration attorney has a woefully inadequate legal staff at that office.

REPEATING - when doing EP at NVC, lawyers involvement is never required. If you have an attorney, YOU can handle all at NVC for EP.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
