Hi to all! I called NVC earlier, got an interview date for my hubby, June 10 @ 0830, she said that emails are not sent out yet.. Im a bit sad coz my husband wouldn't make it that day coz his medical result wont be due till June 13 (sputum culture). I tried calling manila embassy & they said they cant re-schedule, my husband needs to wait for the result first & the clinic (st. lukes) will re-schedule it for him after his medical. :( Im just afraid that when the clinic schedules him for interview, there wont be june interviews anymore, Im really hoping for June 16-17 interview dates.

Got a Sign in fail today...

now just waiting for Case Complete Tomorrow...

do anyone know if they send out the complete cases by DHL the same day or they wait on it...

It won't ever say 'accepted'. It just stays as 'complete'. The only way to know if it was accepted is either through the AVR, an operator tells you, or the IV bill appears.

NVC schedules the interview unless it is an expedite. If it's an expedite, the Consulate/Embassy will schedule it. Hope this helps.

NVC schedules the interview unless it is an expedite. If it's an expedite, the Consulate/Embassy will schedule it. Hope this helps.

I don't know if they will schedule anything with you on the phone. Honestly, I don't think it's that simple. But, honestly, I don't know... I had an expedite. I guess it couldn't hurt to call them. All they can say is "no". Good luck and keep us posted on the results. It would be great info to have.

They only send out the packages once an interview date is scheduled. Unless you expedited, then they're sent out immediately.

The phone operators do not schedule interviews; they just answer the phones. But they're the only people you can call at NVC. They'll see on their computer whether or not you have an interview date scheduled. You can also be calling DOS at 202-663-1225, press 1 then 0. They also have access to your file and can tell you if an interview date has been scheduled. I was calling both DOS and NVC to find out my interview date.

ok guys n gals, sent off all relevant paperwork thismorning via fedex, and the wife is doing likewise tonight, so should both arrive sometime tomorrow,, so i guess its a SIT BACK AND WAIT , again,, think ill go fishing,had enough of waiting. thanks to all who have helped and supported us, and to those who are further along, hope you are with your loved ones ASAP.. keep smiling, :)

Now the operator is telling me that they haven't received the IV package that I had sent on April 18. Last week they had told me that it was in the system. The operator asked for a supervisor to pull it up and to take a look it. I hope the supervisor takes a look at the AOS package that I had sent on May 2nd as well. :wow: this is starting to annoy now!! :ranting:
