Form I-134

Hello vjers,

I sent the form I-134 to my fiancee and I forgot to notarize it. Will that cause a denial? We received our NOA2 at the time when I am the most busy at work. So far behind on a project that I can not even breath well. Not time for anything. Maybe that is why I forgot one important thing, getting the I-134 form notarized

I sent all supporting document: TAXES for 2010, Job letter, bank statements, and pay stub.

The I-134 doesn't have to be Notarized

I am not sure if your consulate requires that, but the form does not need to be notarized. We did not notarize on our first attempt and that was not an issue.

When we received pocket 3 & 4 the only thing it says about it was to submit one with supportive documents which I did. No where I saw that I have to notarize it.

My fiancee sent me a msg today telling that I was supposed to notarize it and I told her I was going to post here to find out.

FYI, our interview will take place in Dubai.
