I am under the impression that HCM consulate does not accept picture albums. Am I correct? Is small albums that contain 10 pictures, OK?

They don't accept albums because they won't fit under the window. Just hand pick some of your best photos for any occasion the CO might ask about and have them organized into sets that can be easily handed under the window if the CO asks for them.

Any evidence must be able to be sent through that dip under the plexiglass... I had a tough time getting a bunch of paperwork through and had to break it up... I'm surprised they dont have drawers like banks have in drive ups... I guess it would just be one more thing to maintain...
