I bet you are so excited Beth! Wish I was going somewhere...lol. The most traveling I do these days is my commute to work :hehe:

Alexis got her hair did yesterday~~ 10 inches of her long, blonde curly hair is gone! She looks older and she loves it! She was swinging her head all over and kept saying her head felt lighter.

Hi Ladies!! Happy April!

I sent in our I-751 packet on Friday and it should be delivered to VSC today. I am ready, but not yet ready for this process at the same time!

We have booked our tickets for a (hopefully) surprise trip to Jordan...we want to just show up at Raad's mom's door and surprise the mess out of her!! I'm already counting down the days...164...so ready for our next vacation. Praying we get ROC approval before we go in 6 months! But from the looks of things, people are getting approved within 3-5 months.

Beth, good to see you here! I'm not a newbie either, lol, but terminated my previous account and just started up a new one. :)

Have a great Monday everyone!

Happy April VJ peers.

Seems like these days are just getting better as it goes. We finally got done with NVC. We just need our interview date now. The waiting for us waiting for our loves one to be reunited with us has been painfully long. Especially for the ones that were waiting for the Cairo Embassy to get back and running. Alhamdulillah, it finally did. We just have to focus on the light at the end of the tunnel. Inshallah, we will all have a happy ending with our journeys.

It requires a lot of courage and a lot patience as well, to start a wish and let it remain in ur hearts without losing hope.

Wishing all a great week.

My sisters husband has his Citizenship interview on May 2nd. Very exciting! Then Adam will be applying within the next few months!!!

Oh good luck! You'll have to tell me how that goes Tamara! My husband is debating that. He is worried though about all the questions he will be asked, the test. Is there some class you can go to?

Made hamburgers, then off to work for both of us.

Amanda, my BIL said that after he applied, then he had a date set for finger prints and there he was given a booklet to study. Very thin booklet maybe 20 something pages. There is 100 questions and he will be asked 10 of them and has to get 6 of them correct, plus read and write in English. He went ahead and gave the booklet to Adam to borrow for now. I'll find out more details on May 2nd from my BIL.
