Aloha,

we are sooooooooooo close now, the stamp is licked, but.....

.......in sending in my I - 134 affidavit of support, i will be attaching my most recent income tax return - which is a joint filling with my ex-wife. it doesnt really identify my individual income, so is the income that i write down on question 7 pretty much all they have to go on?

and also, with quite a good size of cash in accounts and stocks, will that also help my case?

thank you in advance to any who can help ease my worries.

mahalo, eric

SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION - after my wife made it to the USA, family emergency neccesatated her immediate return to her home in cambodia. unfortunately before she was able to adjust her status, thus the case was abandanded. we now are filing both k-3 (married in usa) and have petioned both i-129f and 1-130 .....so, our "journey" has once again began. thank you for all your help and understanding - appleegg and sreyon.

What about the letter from the bank stating your balance and total amount of deposits from the past year? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe a letter from the bank and letter from your employer stating you yearly income is required for the I-134.

Your individual income is identified by your required W-2. If not included, do so now.

and also, with quite a good size of cash in accounts and stocks, will that also help my case?

thank you in advance to any who can help ease my worries.

If your individual income exceeds the poverty line of income, you are meeting the guidelines. If you meet or exceed the guidelines, then you have nothing to worry about on this aspect of the process.
