Hi everyone,

The US embassy in london sent me a one page letter stating that I should go to the website for more information on the forms to fill and what to bring to the interview. Please is this the packet 3 or do I still expect more from them. Also can someone please give me a comprehensive list of things needed at the london embassy for interview from past experience. Please help!!!!! Thanks people.

Did you go online and check? they usually list all of it on the website when they tell you to go look at it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Packet 3 letter basically directs you to a link on the Embassy web site. http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html And lists the DS forms that you need to fill out and send back

As for what to bring to the interview. Have a look here http://london.usembassy.gov/interview_documents.html

ROC Timeline

4-26-13------Eligible to file for ROC

6-17-13------Sent off I-751 Package

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

Thank you very much. SO I need to fill DS-230 part1&2, DS-156K, DS-156&157 (in duplicate)and then DS-2001 when I am ready for the interview. From what I understand DS156 should be filled online. I am just about to apply for my police certificate this weekend. Please correct me where necessary

Thank you very much. SO I need to fill DS-230 part1&2, DS-156K, DS-156&157 (in duplicate)and then DS-2001 when I am ready for the interview. From what I understand DS156 should be filled online. I am just about to apply for my police certificate this weekend. Please correct me where necessary

DO NOT send DS-230 part2 with your packet 3 return.

DS-156 is filled in online, but after you press the continue button down the bottom it just places the information that you have entered into a printable form along with your unique barcode. It does not get sent over the net to the embassy.
