ROC is to be done together when you are married, not by yourself. If you need/want to do it by yourself you have to get a divorce from your wife and file for it on your own.

You will have lots of problems removing your conditions.

Read the instructions for Form I-751. In particular, you need to read "Who May File Form I-751?"

You and your wife MUST JOINTLY file the I-751.

You can only file by yourself if;

1. Your wife has died;

2. Your marriage ended in a divorce or annulment;

3. You are claiming that you have been battered or subject to extreme cruelty; or

4. Ending your status would result in an extreme hardship.

she told me if i love her i have to file out the papers by my self and without her sign it for me ,

Can you explain what you mean by this?

i still have 2 months now before file the papers so i was thinking if i could do it by my self ?

When you say "By myself", are you guys getting a divorce? or something else?

will i have any problems as for as not have my 10 yrs Green Card ?

The answer may depend on what your situation specifically is.

.
