No, the I-134 goes with the packet you send to your fiancé once you get your approval letter from USCIS. Go to the USCIS website and look up what forms to fill out and send. She will take the I-134 with her to the embassy.

You need to type out a letter of intent to marry within 90 days for both of you and sign it to send with you k-1. Go to the forms tab on this website to view a sample intent to marry letter.
