Hi,

Im quite new at this...

Can I do a medical exam in my country before I enter the states? If im applying for a K1 visa.

And the list is very! long, does it matter what country you come from/live in. Or same same for everybody?

Thankful for any response on this matter.

Best

/Tina

Hey Tina,

You're actually meant to have you medical in your own country, they wont issue you with your visa if you haven't completed your medical. Check out VJ guides to the K1 Visa process. Very helpful! Goodluck!

Ok the K1 guide is very helpful. So if I do all the vaccinations in sweden, dont I need a DS-3025 form for the doctor to fill out. Where do I find that? Been looking at visajourneys webpage...

Some people are talking about a brown enevelope, do you get that from the immigration office once you file first steps of K1?

Thanks again!

Feels good not being alone in this process...
