Hello, Congratulation to all how have their interview scheduled and good luck to everyone.

I would like to add one note. My interview in less than two weeks, one of the document that the USCIS office requested me to bring is Selective service registration letter. I didn't have that letter and i contacted the SSS and they asked me to send them document that prove that i didn't become a LPR until after age 26, On June 17 i sent them the documents (Copy of VISA K1 and GreenCard) and today i received the letter stating that i am not eligible to register because i enter the US after age 26. So if anyone want to request status information letter use the following form http://www.sss.gov/PDFs/PrinterFriendly/status.pdf

Congratulation for the end of your visa journey.

You can Apply for the us passport as soon as you get the certification. One of my friends got his citizenship oath ceremony in san diego downtown, as he was walking out of the building , he walked into a little officewhere you can apply for the passport right awa, I think he payed a $160 for the passport and passport card or ID .I think that he pucked them up within less than 24 hours. It is cheaper through the postal office but if you want it done quickly. You will pay a little extra. Just make sure to apply for the passport card along with the passport, otherwise you will have to pay an extra $60 in the futur if you want to apply just for the card.

Did you receive an email that states that you your oath date was scheduled before you got the oath letter or not?

I didn't receive an email until today, but on saturday I received the oath letter on mail... and online was just updated today!
