My status didn't changed since June the 9th

Testing and Interview

Your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION is now scheduled for interview. You will receive a written notice with a time and place for your interview. You should receive this notice within 14 days. If you do not receive this notice within 14 days from June 9, 2011, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Got the famous yellow letter yesterday. It says "THIS IS NOT AN INTERVIEW NOTICE" and it's requesting me to bring to the interview: state-issued driver's license or state-issued photo identification card.

I'm happy I got this yellow letter, it means my application is alive. That young lady from immigration we talked the other day said she was gonna research and I would be getting something soon by mail and maybe a new biometrics appointment letter. She did her part and I'm happy to see some activity. My online status is the same though. :luv:

I did call USCIS, they are most unhelpful, they dont ever seem to know more than we know through online means!! I have actually called them multiple times to seek a second opinion from different USCIS staff, but they draw a blank and tell me to wait for the 2nd biometrics letter!!. Been over a month and no 2nd fingerprinting letter. I have now taken an interview appointment witht he local officeto try pushing my case!!

I think our cases with fingerprints problems are always slower and more difficult.. :(

Hope you get your second letter soon. I, too, am waiting for mine. I will get a second one for sure. :wacko:

I still havent got anything yet. I start to worry now.

When did you call them? Maybe you are about to receive a letter like I did. Did you apply on 3 or 5 years rule? If 3, have your spouse to call on your behalf (you must be present and give them authorization to speak to your spouse). So he/she can explain to them what point you are at, tell them you had fp taken and would like to know if something went wrong and if there's something you could do. They probably will research your case and you could get something by mail. But first, if you called them just some days ago, I would wait a little bit more because your case could be moving but not being updated. Hope you hear something new and get your interview letter soon. :)
