I'm confused at this step

Fiance was marked as ineligible due to 212A and given a letter for it and they gave her her passport back. Gave her a 2go letter and told her to send more of my paystubs as I get them. Are we supposed to send the passport with that or what exactly is going on in this process?

What exactly did the 212 A say? Sounds like you did not supply a impressively clear income at this point?

No it was because I was volunteering for a non profit for half of 09. I provided my 07, 08 and 10 tax returns with the 09 and letters from my work, pay stubs etc but he was concerned about the 09 income. So we're in administration it seems, but not sure because the paperwork had nothing checked on it either way. Other than that one line and we got a 2go paper as well with instructions to send even more pay stubs later but no real details on how many.

Your income for 09 is in question, did you start a new job in 2010? How many pay stubs did you give them? Did you far exceed the PG or was you borderline? What I see is you did not supply a impressively clear income that's the reason for the instructions to send in more pay stubs
