Hello

I just realized this was a big mistake on my form 1099. My fiance went to the interview in the embassy of Abu Dhabi. The interviewer got taxes for 2010. But there was a big mistake on 1099 that we just found out that it might be a problem. On 1099 my employer instead of putting my name on the recipient part, he put the business name, the name of the coffee shop that I have work for. So my name is not shown in the form 1099, it is just my tax ID that is shown in this form. Now on April 3 my fiance has the second interview after the two months of waiting for AP.Is this possible that this interview is becasue of my name?
