hi Vj's, i want ask your advice on our situation, I came here in US on K1 visa, we sent my aos and ead after our wedding, then i was asked for biometrics and i did that too. everything was fine and i have received my ead and greencard almost at the same month.

My question is, will we still have an interview even if i have already received my greencard? i read in most forums they had an interview first and then their passport got stamped before they received their greencard. is this a problem?

This is quite common for K-1 adjusting status, next stop "Removal of Conditions" they may interview for that two years from now.

In our case my wife was not interviewed for AOS or ROC. Only interview she ever had was for her K-1 visa back in China.

Moving this to AOS Progress reports...

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
