I'm helping my mom fill out the applications so her parents can get a visa but on this question #29 they ask that you name all their children and their addresses but some of them are here illigally and are afraid that if i put their address down they might get in trouble or deported. Please what do i do??? Help!

Always tell the truth - otherwise, expect a misrepresentation charge with a permanent ban to US when the real truth is discovered.

Put the truth.

It would not be imposible, but I am 98% sure It is very unlikely that ICE will come after your relatives because of this.

Also let me add this:

Who knows? May be those same illegal children will benefit in the future from their mother getting a GC and eventually Citizenship … so you see! It is important not to lie now because if their names are not there, how can their mother petition for any of them in the future?
