Hi there,

Has anyone succesfully completed an early walk-in biometrics in the Bronx? I was expecting to have my bio taken in Albany because is 30 mins closer that going all the way down to the city.:blush:

Naturalization Timeline

N400 sent - 03/14/2011 to Lewisville, TX

N-400 Received - 03/17/11

E-mail Notification Acceptance Confirmation Received- 03/22/11

Priority Date- 03/17/11

NOA Date- 03/21/11( Received 03/26/11)

Case updated on USCIS website- FP notice sent 03/28/11

FP letter received 03/31/11

FP Appoinment Date 04/20/11 Done!

E-mail notification Scheduled for Interview Received 06/03/11

Interview Letter received 06/10/11 mailed by USCIS on 06/07

Interview Date 07/12/11 PASSED!!!

Oath Ceremony Date 07/22/11 at Federal Plaza NYC

changed to 07/29/11 at 500 Pearl Street( District Court)

due to name change!

FINALLY I AM A US CITIZEN!!!

It's really up to the USCIS staff at that particular location. I've been to that USCIS in the Bronx before and its usually very busy. Make sure you go at a good time and bring all the necessary documents you need to get in. Just explain to them your situation. I have read another post similar to this, and the person said that told them "they were in the area" and they got their biometrics completed with no problem. I wish you the best.

Thank you! I remember when I had my Bio during my ROC it was empty at 2:00 PM on a Friday. I have to go down to the city this coming week maybe I'll stop by and see how it goes!:star:
