Ok. There is nothing to worry about as yet. Your timeline doesnt show whether u have filed or been approved for either K3 or CR1. Any ways, For K3, all u need is proof that you have a job and you are making money 100% of the poverty line form I-134. In addition, CO will know that your husband will work here, so that would also satisfy him.

Even if u are going for CR1, you no longer are required to submit 3 years tax returns. Its just the previous year's returns.

Please see form I-864 instructions.

All they wanna see is that the person coming here wont become a public charge. Your present job and your hubby's willingness to work should suffice that requirement. Believe me, there is nothing to worry about.

If you can offer evidence of you ability to meet or exceed the poverty line of income, irrespective of the "entire" last three years, you meet the requirement.

Have the following available: Original offer letter, pay stubs and bank account information; supporting deposits commiserate with the stated minimum income level.

Having worked for the State Department, you must realize that these people are educated and can formulate a complete picture; to include steadily increasing income, as one advances in their career.

deemabrouk,

You may be correct that you will be found to be deficient, then again you may be considered OK if you put together a good package of information showing that your income has been steadily, steadily increasing, and that your current job is likely to be on the path of continuing the trend.

You can also get a 2nd part-time job to improve your financial position.
