i just checked my case status and i found this there,

what does it means ?

On March 30, 2011, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of March 30, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

have you called the national call center, inquire for status? You should !

it seems like they have already approved your petition. if sooo then wooooooooooooowwwwwwwww that was really fast bec from your timeline it luks it you just filed in the begining of march.

call 1-800-375-5283 if they can tell you something abt it.

in most cases they say wait to receive the hard copy in the mail but you can also call and ask whether you case already been sent to NVC or Not.

but i still didn't get the hard copy of Noa-1

what should i ask them when i call ?

are they sending her on the address she provided, i mean her mailing address

the petition was sent back, something missing in the petition.

INSTEAD - call USCIS, get a CSR, ask for 'case status'.

The wording is really strange, alas...

they will send you NOA, (notice of action)

you already had NOA1,

that was your first notice of actionw that had receipt number. even though you didn't receive hard copy that was NOA1.

now it will be NOA2.

it could be approval or they might ask for more evidence but most probably its approval.

call them please.

you NOA1 WAS 03-14-11. Its too fast to have approval also.

like darnell said it could be the reason that some thing is missing in the petition.

but hey you never know it could be approval. hope for gud. you either have to wait to receive NOA in the mail or call them to ask STATUS OF THE CASE.

Something very similar happen to me when they mailed me the NOA1 and the mail person returned it to them saying my apt was vacant... after that they remailed it and I finally got it.

my wife called them and she asked what is going on, but they just said your case is processed and mailed to your address we have in record and we can not tell you more and she was mad on them

but they said you should wait for 30 days to know what it is, thats make me worry and i am stressed

Dont be stressed, you need to have a lot of patience in this process.

Did you forget to include something in the petition? G325a's? A cheque? It most likely incomplete and all youll need to do is add whats missing and send it back!

we have attached all the documents and filled them carefully, even checked all the documents several times,

i hope everything will be good InshaAllah
