189 days after we got our NOA2 we recieved our NOA2 about an hour ago via email! I know there was quite a few of us on the 23rd so hopefully everyone hears something very soon! Keep the faith we are near the end :) All the best to those who are still waiting...hopefully the process will speed up and 6 months wont be the norm :)

7/29/2011 AOS and EAD sent by USPS

8/01/2011 NOA date

8/15/2011 Biometrics walk in (appointment for 8/29)

9/26/2011 EAD Approved

10/4/2011 EAD in Hand

10/18/2011 Interview Green Card Approved

10/28/2011 Green Card in hand :)

09/21/10 - I-129F Sent!

09/23/10 - I-129F Received in Dallas, TX

09/28/10 - Text & E-mail NOA1 (It was at 12:44AM, weird) Notification that our case was transferred to VSC.

09/29/10 - Check cashed

09/30/10 - NOA-1 Hard Copy dated Sep. 27, 2010

10/03/10 - TOUCH!

After numerous calls to USCIS, my two Texas Senators and a Congressman, the latter got an "expedite" put through (if you can call a month and a week after ONPT an expedite). Just never let up! Even though mine took way too long, there were people who were a month before me and waited longer because they just sat back and watched. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease!"

03/31/11 - NOA-2!

04/05/11 - Received NOA-2 hard copy.

04/07/11 - NVC Received

04/12/11 - Case left NVC via DHL

04/14/11 - Consulate Received Hard Copy of Case

You guys will definately be soon! I called my representative yesterday and they called vermont and he said I would hear something in 72 hours and we got the email this morning. You should call your rep. if you havent already and see if they can do the same for you :)

I just got approved!!! :dance: I dont have an email yet but the USCIS website moved my little blue dot to post decision activity saying approved!!
