We sent off our first package to Nabraska about 2-3 weeks ago. They have cashed cheque and we have recieved notice of receipt but nothing else.. Is this the norm?

We are in the same boat... but we havent even recieved our receipt yet!!

09-11-2006 NOA1 Received

11-09-2006 RFE Issued

11-17-2006 RFE Arrives via Snail mail

11-27-2006 RFE Returned to visa land

01-09-2007 NOA2!!!!!!!

01-29-2007 Packet 3 Recieved

02-05-2007 Packet 3 sent to embassy

02-13-2007 Medical booked for March 12th

02-15-2007 INTERVIEW MARCH 13th

03-12-2007 medical... easy peasy!

03-13-2007 Interview.... I passed!!

03-20-2007 VISA IN HAND!

03-22-2007 FLY HOME!

Yes, they transfer I-129f and it may take some time for the to process your petition. If you fill your timeline, you can use a botton "Find similar timelines" to take a look at other user's timelines. Also, you may want to take a look at this: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...&page=times - it's only a rough estimate but still...

You have now entered a period known as hurry up and wait. Keep an eye on processing dates and be patient. :)

Yes it is normal, your case would be transfered to California service center. The process is slower there.

Just hang in there you are looking at 2 or more months before anything.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Woops, I accidentally didn't include part of a sentence there. It should read: "they transfer I-129fs to CSC and it may take some time for the to process your petition."
