I need help, I sent declaration of choice of agent to NVCelectronic@state.gov and did not get any response yet. This is my first to email NVC, i sent all my application and documents through regular mail, i wonder if this will affect the process. I need feedback please.

What is your question? NVC will accept and act upon a properly submitted DS3032 when submitted by email. Was yours properly submitted including the case number as well as full names and dates of birth for both petitioner and beneficiary?

I would submit it again to the correct email address. NVCelectronic is NOT for Manila. Use nvcinquiry@state.gov

FWIW, my wife sent it to the nvc e-mail and didnt get an automated reply. You can wait a week and call them to make sure they got it.
