Hello Te..how are you??..hmmm..I don't know but maybe someone who knows the answer to your first question can answer that..as for your second answer, that would be good..if you have utility bills paid by the two of you, it will also help..actually, during my interview, we just had joint tax return, Comcast bill addressed to me and my husband, and our Monterey membership document...we didn't have any bank statements, health insurance or lease contracts(we requested them earlier but they arrived after we came home from our interview..lol..)...bring the originals on your interview and make copies of those, they will just take the copies...so I guess your evidences will be ok..don't forget to bring 2010 ITR & W2 and wedding photos coz that's what they, the officer let me identify who were the people in our wedding photos..hehe..if you can get more evidences, then better..btw, I also let the officer see the notarized letters from my sister's family and my husband's family regarding our genuine relationship, the officer just read it and returned it to me..take care..God bless on you and your son's interview!!..

Unfortunately you will need more evidence...I'm finding that the lists that they suggest is really just a starting point. They want to see jointly owned assets. If you have investment accounts, make sure they are in both of your names, and for sure if you have a vehicle update the registration. If you attend church, get a letter! Receipts pertaining to the wedding, and honeymoon would be good. And get letters from as many family members as possible stating that they are aware of the marriage.

I doubt that you could give too much evidence!!! Good luck
