I need help

So I have been researching for about 4 months as to how I can obtain a visa in the US. I'm from Canada; my education background consists of Hotel and Restaurant Management College Diploma and I have my Dental Assisting College Diploma.

I've been working in the Dental field for about five years now. The reason I want to move to the US is because my boyfriend lives in LA and the long distance thing is getting stressful. So I was there last month and I thought to just try applying at dental offices - and I ended up getting 3 offices that wanted to hire me - as there is a lack of skilled people in my field that have my level of knowledge. So I got too ahead of myself thinking I now have an employer that wants to sponsor me and I can start working once I get my visa....and sadly I found out there really is no visa that applies to my profession. I now know that H1 is for highly educated applicants and the J1 Exchange visa doesn't allow the dental field to be part of the exchange. I have talked to three attorneys and all three gave me the same 2 advices - either get married or go back to school. To be honest I'm quite content with my career and I really have no intentions to go back to school and gain student loan debt. And getting married isn't really an ideal option either. I do understand that with the situation I'm in right now I can't really be picky. But all I really want is to obtain a visa to be able to legally work and live in US and I was hoping someone would have any suggestions or new leads. I really would appreciate any recommendations or help.

I'm not sure if you would qualify for the dentist one, as you don't meniton if you have your DDS, DMD.

There is one for hotel managers, too... diplomas or certificates are the only requirement there. Not sure if you would want to go back into that field though?
