Ok I know some of you guys put in a Service Request and got denied for an expedite. I put in a service request last week and I was supposed to hear something on Monday. I didnt, so I had my Senators office call them yesterday. They approved my expedite and said I will hear a decision in the next 7 days.

Our case is nothing special so if you have an NOA1 at the same day as me or earlier and keep getting denied for a service request or expedite. Dont give up because they gave one to me. Get your representatives office involved!

9/13/2010 I-29f sent to Texas

9/23/2010 NOA1

10/3/2010 Touched

3/23/2011 Service request put in

3/30/2011 NOA2 finally!!!!

4/8/2011 Received by NVC

4/13/2011 NVC mailed packet to Guanzhou

5/5/2011 Consulate received packet

5/09/2011 Constulate mailed P3

6/15ish/2011 received P4

7/1/2011 Interview. Approved!!!

My fiance called up last Friday. They gave him a service request and advised to wait 13days. In case we won't receive any feedback they advise us to call them back. Hope it will approve on or before 13days.
