ok by now anyone who has read any of my posts knows we were married abroad and were waiting for hong kong to report our marriage to the philippines. About a week ago we got an email saying the philippine consulate in Hong Kong should have our stuff sent by the end of the month via diplomatic pouch to the DFA, were it will then be transfered to the NSO. My wife went to the DFA yesterday and they said they already received a diplomatic pouch and it was not ours, my wife showed them the email and they said they dont think it will come until next month, but they said she could check back friday. Now our interview is April 4th and my wife needs to leave for the hotel the night before making that the 3rd and we still do not have a reported marriage to the philippines, we have our hong kong marriage certificate but not one from the phil, and it is already to late to resechedule because it must be 3 days in advance,............so I will be calling the NVC asking what we should do in this situation, and I want to ask you guys what should we do?

If your spouse has her CENOMAR I would suggest going to the interview. You must have presented the NVC with the Hong Kong Mariage Certificate (MC)to get to the interview. Have her take another certified copy of the MC to the interview.

If the interviewing CO wants more documentation your spouse will get a MNL-IV-24 requesting more documents. She will be put on AR until the other docs are turned in.
