Hello everyone. I have a question . I would appreciate if anyone could help..

My husband has sent AOS documents about two weeks ago and got a response from NVC today. They told us that we were missing a proof of his relationship to the sponser ( We needed to have a joint sponser in order to reach the income requirements, and our joint sponser is my husband's father.)

what kind of documents can you use as a proof? We also need to have a proof that they have the same principal residence.

They live in a same house and the joint sponser is his father, but we are not sure what types of documents would be appropriate for this case.

I would appreciate anyone's suggestions.

thanks for the quick reply Barbara J,

ok, his birth certificate..we can get that..

what about anything to prove that they have same principal residence??

Bills made out to each one (same address) - things like that.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
