I have made the mistake of not hiring a lawyer for the case with my wife and son due to not having the money at the time I started everything. We are submitting the DS-230 application. Our interview will be in Juarez. Has anyone done an interview here? Im worried because I have heard they ask a lot of intimate questions. I'm concerned because my wife and I haven't lived together this entire time. Also I know some places will allow you to file the I-601 waiver at the interview if they deny it. Does anyone know if they Juarez embassy does this? Thank you for your help and advice.
