Infopass appointment

As crazy as it seems, I can't find the document that I printed with the information about my Infopass appointment. I am sure of the date, but I can't remember the time, and I think there's an appointment number that I will need to present. Does anyone know how I can retrieve this information? Online or by phone?

try to book another appointment and it will give you the previous appointment you book, the computer will not give you a second appt so it will just give you the previous one.
