I just checked the USICS website and they show the following:

Post Decision Activity

On March 28, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

So what's my next step? My priority date is 2010-08-21 so do i fit into the calendar for a Visa any time soon? This process is a long process and I'm trying to find out when my family and I will be together.

Congrat. My case took 6 months to get approved from USCIS. Be patient. Prepare the NVC number so you can call when your case forward to NVC and you can get INS#. I dont remember clearly. But they have LingChe's link you can find on the search bar. It will guide you step to step.

Thanks for replying but would you happen to know how much longer this whole process will take? My kids have to enroll in school in June and I have to pay in full. I wouldn't want to spend all that money and pull them out 1 or 2 months into their schooling. Any estimated time frame will be greatly appreciated.

Look on the USCIS and view the processing times...that may help you!

Also, use the LingChe guide on VJWiki to help you speed up the NVC process - worked for me and others in 2009!

Thanks! So basically by using that guide, I potentially can go through the NVC process in about a month?
