Was she an origin K-1 entrant? If so she might not need an interview.

how about more details?

Where do I start ? We recieved a letter after filing for perment green card. We did not have all the info they wanted. Joint bank account, utility bills. I don't know what she did or what she sent in, but she had an interview and did not tell me about it. I found the letter just recently about the interview date.

You're not saying what we need to hear to answer properly.

1. WHEN was her interview? Are you sure it's the interview for her GC and not her biometrics letter or something (it should be obvious but maybe in your hurry you didn't read it fully). The interview letter should have mention that you need to have been there.

2. Does she HAVE her GC or did she just tell you she does? Have you seen it?

The next questions are a little delicate.

1. Are you still together?

2. She COULD have got her GC by filing a VAWA claim against you OR having someone else attend the interview pretending to be you (though someone else pretending to be you is pretty unlikely).. double check the interview letter to see what it says... to see if it mentions VAWA.

If I were you I would call USCIS or make an INFOPASS to find out what the deal is. Alternatively you could ask her... why haven't you asked her?

1. Her interview was in June. It was not for biometrics. It said addional evidence was needed joint bank accounts, utility bills and any other info with our names on it. We only had one piece of info with our names on it. She refused to have joint bank account or be added to any utility bills.

2. She said she had her Green Card. She would never show it to me.

delicate questions

1. No we are not together.

2.I do not know what a VAWA claim is. Found out she was seeing someone around that time. Very possible he could have went to the interview. She has been living with him since December. The letter is gone as she took it with her. I do not recall seeing anything about a VAWA claim.

A VAWA claim is claim of spousal abuse, ask for details from her about her case or USCIS via infopass, I'm not sure if USCIS follows up with the person named in this claim, but you will need to get details, it's a serious matter.

If she filed a VAWA claim there is no way USCIS would share any information about that with the US citizen spouse. They also would not share any information about her AOS petition since SHE filed that petition, not her US citizen husband.

apman, if you know the case number for her I-485, and if you are no longer together, then I suggest you send a letter to USCIS explaining that you want to withdraw your affidavit of support because your marriage is headed for divorce. If they send you a letter confirming that the affidavit of support has been withdrawn then you'll know she is lying about the green card. If they send you a letter explaining that your affidavit has already been accepted and cannot be withdrawn then that will confirm that they've issued a green card to her.

My personal opinion is that she's lying to you. It's possible she could have gotten the green card without you attending the interview, but it's unlikely.

Thanks for the info everyone. I am pretty sure that she has lied about everything. I will see what I can do here. It sure does not sound good for me.

Ok I found a notice of action letter dated August 2010. She was given till late September to turn in ALL evidence requested at one time. There are three sets of numbers on here. One is her A#, the receipt# and some numbers at the bottom of the page. Could any of these be her AoS number ?

I didn't get an RFE, so I don't know if the notification letter is any different than your initial i-767 NOA letter. However, if you can find the one for her I-485 and find the 10 digit number that begins with MSC, e.g. MSC1112223333, then enter that number into the "Case Status" section of this website,

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

you will find out what the status is of her Green Card application. If that status is "Card/Document Production" then she's probably telling the truth. If not, then she's yanking your chain.
