Inuslt? I'm sorry you took an honest assesment of your post as an insult, that was not the intent. You still have yet to elaborate on your assertion. Despite what you may think, this isn't about you. This is about what is an appropriate emergency response drill for the state of Iowa. Do you think they should prepare for a scenario that is never going to happen, or one that is more likely? In recent years, the issue has been more with militias in the midwest than from foreign terror groups. I would think that preparing for a local issue would be far more prudent, but I guess thats just me.
