Yeah as it says there the lud was feb 3rd!!! Help me please? Should i call them regarding this? Or does it happen to anyone? My case is at the nbc...

You can give them a call and check on the status. My wife's biometrics was performed in Jan 26 2011... even until now, no interview letter, nothing. Matter of fact, I can't even search for my status because my start with MSC.

I did my biometrics in Dec. and there has been zero activity since then... No interview letter, either. In other words, you are practicing the same thing most of us are bound to practice: Endless patience.

Also, keep in mind that not every IO seems to update the status online - some members here never received a single status change during the entire process.

I just got an update from my case that my ead has been in production maybe they really are not active in updating it

MSC has nothing to do with checking your status. Most people in this forum have cases that start with MSC and they check their status. Sometimes the online system is unreliable and won't show up, but not because of MSC prefix. Hang in there, and don't worry, the online status looks exciting, but it basically sits at acceptance and then goes to card production after your interview - not much else there. Good luck.

I have seen in some other threads, that if they couldn't find their cases online, they can call

USCIS because when they did, their case status is either already in the interview, or in the

card production. I see that you already have your EAD so it shouldn't be a problem, as I was

worried about my EAD.

But anyway, since AOS processing takes up to 5 months, and since your receipt number starts with

MSC, I guess you are also in the NBC... if no improvement can be heard from them about your AOS

until april, which is the 5th month since your application was received, I would give them a call,

or even involve the congressman in your place concerning your case.
