hi..pls give me advice on my concerns.got a delayed registration of my bc,im illigitimate so my my fathers name entry is blank or na,my prob is my daughter who is the 1 petitioning me i have a middle name there,my moms middle name,also my marriage contract has a fathers name which is supposed to be blank..would i have it corrected or will submit them,my daughter who is a citizen now wants to petition me on june this year...thanks..need a reply pls

We are on the same boat. I don;t know if USem will still accept affidavit. When i had my K1 4 yrs. ago all i had with me was an Affidavit of Explanation explaining the situation and i was good.

I was also late registered and an illigitimate child.
