well my parents sign the contract without reading it, because i did not pay any taxes for three years, and i told them it was only to help me that one time. They are not aware that they are equally or partially responsible for the person they have joint sponsored, my wife. Things arent looing great with my wife, and we might split and i do not want my parents have some family membrs they want to sponsor, and i dont think theyll be able to since they have already signed a contract for my wife and stepdaughter. IS there any to do this or do i need to let this experire and redo everything?

If your parent(s) signed an I-864 or I-864A their sponsorship responsibility remains (until the immigrant becomes a citizen, acquires enough qualifying quarters of work, or abandons their GC) and is not terminated by divorce.

They can sponsor as many people as they have money to support. However, they should always read EVERY contract that they sign. You've got them in quite a pickle as they are responsible for her until she works 40 quarters, she dies, they die, she leaves the country or she becomes a citizen. Nothing else will break it.
