I see that California had 9 approvals on the 28th--to Vermont's 0. Of course this is VJ'ers. Would definitely like to see the stats of all Vermont approvals.

Well, obviously we got stuck with the wrong Service Center . Isnt about time they start processing those petitions? They will suffocate themselves in those rooms, cause obviously the files in Vermont just sit around and collect dust. And it looks to me there is a LOT of dust there

Btw, December filer here. And when i see those September filers not being yet approved it doesnt give me a bright perspective on our NOA2.

How can CSC be at December and VSC is barely starting with September?

Is there anyway..... anyone ... anything .... to make those people in Vermont get of their A**** and actually start working ?!?

Good luck guys, looks like we will all need it, a lot of it too

Well, I have never done their job (at VSC) and I don't know how much it entails, but I would have to say, as thorough as us VJ'ers are, I'm pretty sure we send in everything and are super detailed. So that should make their job easier. Are there more people submitting applications to VSC or are they just that dang slow? Maybe there is one of those "unspoken" wait periods...they just throw it in the "wait pile" and after it has been there a month or two they actually pick it up & do something with it...like transfer it to the "little bit longer" wait pile. I know with our CR-1 case we were lucky enough to get it transferred to CSC and things went pretty quick after that. I was planning on waiting until April 1 or 2 to send my I-751 packet, but I am thinking I may go ahead and send it tomorrow. I don't have much patience and this whole VSC wait ####### is going to be rough!

I haven't seen anyone mention that their I-751 had been transferred to CSC. Is that possible? You would think CSC would just go ahead and pick up the slack!!! Go VSC Go!!

AGONY!!!! I'm so tired of this nonsense... this process is so random and unfair... :( not cheap either! Since we're paying so much, we should get a decent service. Good luck to all the fellow VSC filers.

Exactly. If this were a private industry, it would have gone out of buisness a loooong time ago!! :bonk:

We all ought to start writing letters to Congressmen...might not accomplish much, but it probably can't hurt...

"Я тебя люблю. Эти слова имеют мою жизнь в них."

Eligible for N-400 early based on Section 329 of the INA, Service During Hostilities

Just like we had to do when we started this journey 2 years ago! (Good times, good times.) I just suggested that the 129s and 130s do the same because they're getting antsy about a lack of progress at VSC.

Of course, I can't really complain yet since it hasn't been that long for us (Feb filer). But those of you who have been waiting forever certainly can contact a Congressman and ask for a status update!!!! (Please!! It will help all of us.)

Plus, VSC is a fire hazard with all of our evidence sitting around. Someone should alert OSHA and the fire marshal. <g>
