hi there,

we filed our k-1 in october 2010. In january I had to move - same country and city. my fiancee sent two letters to vsc where our case is processed. she included a copy of our noa1 and my old and new address, but we never heard something back from the office. can I assume they got the new address and changed it?

There's no way of knowing if they made the change right now.

After your NOA2, you can call NVC/DOS and ask them what the address is on-file.

If it's still wrong, you can change it at that stage, or get it changed at the embassy.
