Hi Guys I've waited 7 months for the yes from USCIS so trying to push on have booked Medical and to help me I woiuld like to know what forms you have to send to US Embassy in London grateful for any reply from people who have done it recently it's for Fiances Visa thanks for any help

This is a K-1 case, right? You should be posting to the K-1 forum - this is for people doing Adjustment of Status from a non-immigrant visa within the US. Totally different process. You will get more answers and people with relevant experience in the K1 forum.

This is the link that you need to the packet 3 forms http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html DO NOT send them until you have confirmation of London sending out your packet 3 letter.

I have just had my medical i completed the necessary forms and sent them to the embassy in London 2 weeks prior to the medical, I have a lawyer and they sent me the necessary forms for me to complete.I printed them completed them and mailed them asap. According to Knightsbridge the medical has to be complete before your interview is set, just check and then you call and pay your fee $350 before the interview. I hope this helps I anticipate my interview within the next week because I was approved in December 2010. Wishing you all the best...
