As you can see in my time line that we were denied the 1st time around.......3 years later I filed another K1 and was successful. Within the 3 year period I made another 6 visits. There was no way for me to take a month off to marry in Morocco. I will say that I fought our first case, wrote everyone in the book. Don't know if that really helped but I don't think it harmed us either. 2nd time around we were fully loaded. I really feel they test us.

YOU KNOW WHAT? I LIKE TALKIN IN ALL CAPS.............IT MEANS IM TALKING WITH EMPHASIS................

No this means you are yelling and being rude and disrespectful of others on any site you may post! You may have a sad story and are frustrated and angry, but if you want anybody to have empathy for your story, or for that matter even read it, suggest you quite yelling whether you like it or not! :bonk:

HE SAID SHE CAN COME TO MOROCCO AND GET MARRIED AND APPLY FOR MARRIAGE VISA I SAID AS I TOLD YOU SHE HAS ONLY 10 VACATIONS DAYS IN YEAR FROM WORK AND SHE CAN'T COME HERE FOR LONGER OR SHE WILL LOSE HER JOB AND THEN HE SAID SOMETHING BLAH BLAH AND GAVE ME MY PASSPORT AND 221G . IT'S REALLY HURT ME I DON'T WHAT I TOLD MY FIANCE TOLD I WILL CONTACT THEM CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL WHAT SHOULD I DO RIGHT FOR THEY CAN GIVE ME ANOTHER INTERVIEW

I am sorry to read about your denial. Morocco is quite a difficult consulate as I have come to find out through VJ. Perhaps you will be more likely approved if you get married and then your wife can file for you as a spouse. This option is the one that most people who are denied the K1 take. Best wishes (F)

August 23, 2010 - I-129 F package sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

August 30, 2010 - Per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-mail, petition received and routed to California Service Center for processing. Check cashed. I-797C Notice of Action by mail (NOA 1) - Received date 08/25/2010. Notice date 08/27/2010.

After 150 days of imposed anxious patience...

January 24, 2011 - Per USCIS website, petition approved and notice mailed.

January 31, 2011 - Approval receipt notice (NOA 2) received by mail. Called NVC, given Santo Domingo case number, and informed that petition was sent same day to consulate.

Called Visa Specialist at the Department of State every day for a case update. Informed of interview date on February, 16 2011. Informed that packet was mailed to fiance on February, 15 2011.

February 21, 2011 - Fiance has not yet received packet. Called 1-877-804-5402 (Visa Information Center of the United States Embassy) to request a duplicate packet in person pick-up at the US consulate in Santo Domingo. Packet can be picked-up by fiance on 02/28.

March 1, 2011 - Medical exam completed at Consultorios de Visa in Santo Domingo.

March 9, 2011 at 6 AM - Interview, approved!

; I am sorry to hear this  !! If I were you, I would try and do anything possible for them not returning your case. Never shoot is never hit.. or however you say that  . Try to appeal, if nothing else works, talk to your fiancee about the CR-1 route.. I wish you all the luck!!

When I read that....I knew you were Dutch. Ever read this book: I always get my sin -het bizarre Engels van Nederlanders?

To OP: I am so sorry you got denied, but do what others have told you and try CR1. It's so hard to be seperated, even after almost being in the US for 5 years I have nightmares of seperation.

can i know how to contact my sengator or congressman please help me ?

Sorry to hear about your denial, that consulate is so tough sometimes. I consider myself and my husband lucky to have gotten through.

As for contacting your senator, your fiance, the petitioner will have to do that. I found mine when I needed to by googling "how do I contact my congressman?" and I just followed links from there based upon my address.

Good luck to you, I hope they can get you another interview.

That was him!! She said she did give him another chance! My poor husband is taking this denial so hard, because it is our second one :crying: :crying: Keep your chin up, and work smart. It is SOO hard, but put emotions aside for now, and do what you can. Has your fiance contacted her senators yet? Has she emailed the consulate? This is the hour to call the consulate in Morocco about visas, the line is open another half hour. Calling doesn't usually help much, but she can try! I am praying for you guys as well! We feel your pain!!!

It was mentioned on another thread that 75% of refused applications are never heard from again.

I am sure it is very frustrating, but must be a difficult task determining the genuine cases amongst all the fraud.

I'm very sorry for what your going through I know.it is good to call your senators office they probably will not be able to stop your papers from being returned, but our Senator put us on the right path to get things going again! We filed a CR-1 visa and were still refused nobody could understand why not even the uscis we had no red flags my husband is 1 year older then I am,I have even lived here in Morocco for 2 years with my husband now. He answered every question right there was nothing he even new everything about my daughter ,who lives here in Morocco with us..... he had a ton of evidence pictures, emails, airplane tickets, receipts from living here in Morocco a letter stating that when we come back I have a job and a house that I own we had a co sponser we also had papers from the doctor stating that I had lost a baby! when we asked why they told us they thought he didn't love me and just wanted to come to the usa! When the Senator called they told them they have to meet quota so I do think it is luck when it comes to the casa embassy but who really knows!I pray u have answers soon hang in there!Just be sure to stay strong and lean on each other for support! We too are still waiting for them to contact us for another interview God willing not to much longer!

I know I need to do my time line sorry about that I will get to it soon!!
