The first thing your fiancee can do is contact her Senators and Congressman to try and stop the petition from being returned. Have your fiancee call the consulate and try to speak to a consular officer. Go over the questions you were asked with your fiancee, perhaps there was a misunderstanding?

Good Luck.

I'm sorry to hear this....my hubby was denied today also, and he told me about you....all he said was, "there was a guy with his woman since 2007, and I think he got denied" it must have been you he was talking about. Hang in there....

There is nothing they can do to stop that petition for being returned, nobody can overcome a CO's decision on K1, appealing takes forever also.

they suspected fraud, now the only route is CR1 as the CO pointed out at the interview.

Why they denied your husband, the OP is k1 so they still have one shot at CR1 route, your only route now is an appeal. I would recommend an attorney to help you with this final battle.

when the CO tells you that you can refile for CR-1 it means the chances of any k-1 petition ( even if you file another one ) are low,i would listen to him if i were you,and try typing with caps lock off next time, maybe show some respect to the guy who is only doing what he is told to do?its not like he didnt like you or denied you based on personal feelings

Sorry to hear this. I think marriage and file CR-1 maybe the next better option. Because if they refuse, your spouse can at least sue the State Department, let them prove why in court, because your wife has the legal right to be with her husband. If you don't mind asking you, what is the age gap between you, and also any previous marriages?
