guysssss im seriously worried abt dis process @ nvc.. they eat our time .can anyone just figure out when will the visa bulleting changes the dates and when will it become current again for april 2009.. :bonk::help: I hate dis damn process

This is the guy you are asking for = Charles Oppenheim ( responsible for controlling the cutoff date in Department of State) ... and I think even him would have to take an educated guess ... because demand for future visa numbers is unpredictable, I mean demand from fully qualified - all documents – case completed at NVC – people.

Well anyways, since we are at it, here is my guess for F2A - PD April 2009 :
