Just wondering if anyone knows of any nice, romantic cabins with hot tubs and so forth with nice peaceful views in North or South Carolina??????? looking at doing something special for my girl when i get over there but i do not know many places....

It's a website where people from all over the world rent their properties out. You may be able to find something there for a good price. And usually you don't pay in advance. I've used the website before and ended up rented two different homes in Mexico and one in the US. Good luck.

I don't know about cabins per se, but Emerald Isle,NC and Myrtle Beach,SC are both beautiful places!

thanks for that people i will look into them, just basically want to take my fiancee away for a romantic weekend away when i get over there but its hard when you dont know of many places aye.. oh well. ill look into it, cheers mate

NC is big, where do you want to go? Beach or mountain? Summer is probably a time for beach so I suggest Ocracoke Island... remote island far away with beautiful beach. Also if you want to go tot he mountain side, Asheville is the best. Builtmore house and Grove Park Inn are worth visiting and a cool down town to walk around. There are many Bed & Breakfast there and I think it's pretty romantic.

I don't know much about the area but I remember a friend of mine got married on Tybee Island a few years ago. I think that's GA though? I don't remember.

thanks guys! will look into it for sure, found a nice one at blue ridge parkway, not sure how far that is away from columbia SC but ill work it out.. hope the area is nice will keep looking, im looking for a mountain thing, something quiet, private and relaxing.. cheers

Charleston, S.C. and the coast down there is supposed to be lovely!!! I'm going to Hilton Head on Spring Break, will try to let you know what I see along the way!
