RFE for my son - Silly ..

My wife got her Green card approved at California processing center, without an interview.

But my son recieved a RFE for I693A.

We know for sure that we submitted the I693A(Sealed) from a designated civil surgeon.

I fail to understand why we got an RFE even though we submitted the I693A for my son.

Can somebody share their thoughts?

What form do we use to respond to a RFE?

Please advise.

They could have lost it, did you write on the front of the envelope the case number, and other things to identify what case it belongs too?

It happens all the time, you may just get it done again and send it back with the RFE.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
