what happens if i got my fiancee pregnant while the papers is still on process? will that be a problem? please advise

Friend of mines pinay fiancee was pregant during the K1 process. He didn't have any problems with the K1 process but 2 years later he did a DNA test and found out the child wasn't his. :bonk:

Depends on when the child will be born.

If it's before getting the visa, will have to send in paperwork for them to accompany (and possible DNA test).

If it's after getting the visa, and arrival in the US - no issues.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

If the child in born in the PI

Not for the child if both the child and the US citizen meets the qualifications of CRBA. This is done at USEM

This has been asked a lot. It makes no difference on the K1. It also does not speed things up.
