I went to the immigration office they told me you will receive a reschedule in 30 days. I waited 30 day did not receive anything. I have not received anything it’s been 4 months I have been back there 4 time no answer. I wrote to my congresswomen she got a reply from then saying it’s in progress and there no time table can be given. HELP GUYS what should I do now.

Try your senator, better at dealing with the USCIS on these issues. Congress is only good for two years, use the first to learn where the restrooms are, the second year trying to run for re-election. Senators are in for six years.

I know it used to be possible to file a suit against them but I want to think that option isn't available to us anymore. In anycase, it used to be popular during AOS but not sure about N-400 stage. maybe others who have experienced it may chime in. Sorry to hear about your case. Good luck.

Thought the IRS was positively the worse governmental agency we have, but even they have mutually agreement appointments. Feel there is some competition between the some odd 1525 relatively new government agencies to see which one can be the worse to deal with.

When OSHA was started, was informed we were going to have an inspection, so did want to get my plant in order by reading hundreds of pages of regulations. But they got me anyway, one of my female employees had a can of off the shelve hair sprays in her purse. She wasn't using it, but contained chemicals forbidden by OSHA in your plant. . Got fined for that. Its no wonder why all of our corporations are going abroad. EPA never offered solutions to common production problems, just said you can't do that anymore.

Least you knew if was ground hog day, or some other president you never heard of, day. Would be free as that was a paid holiday for these government workers. Another thing, never argue with a government agent, tantamount to cutting off your nose to spite your face. But okay to very politely ask questions for clarification and what else has to be done to rectify the situation. This is very true with the USCIS, if a decision cannot be made, to ask why, when you can expect a letter, when will be your oath ceremony. If the USCIS does not hold to what they say, then you have darn good reason to contact your senators office.

Good grief the OP's scheduled interview was canceled by the USCIS, a year before my wife could apply, the USCIS was taking two years to schedule interviews, no law when they have to schedule an interview. Is one after the inteview to get your oath ceremony.

Sounds like that field office needs a new office manager, really screwed up and disorganized.
