Hi Every one

I would like to know, after submitting civil documents to NVC, how many days it takes to schedule interview, in chennai, India. Can any one help me. Last Thursday they have received my documents. Please reply asap. thanks.

for me it took 2 weeks after case complete (case complete april 14th 2010 and interview notification thru email on 4-29-10). I totally wasnt expecting to get an interview date till the next month, since it was believed (at that time through multiple posts) that Chennai doesnt schedule interview till the 2nd week of the month. clearly that was not the case (thankfully!). So I think you're looking at 2 weeks up to a month. its sucks having to not know, but unfortunately that's how it is. I would just hope and pray for an uneventful and RFE-free case complete 1st! good luck!!!

Great congrats! unfortunately, I dont know about case expedites, so wont be able to tell you. How did you find that the case got expedited? did they email you?

Touch base with NVC - as 'each expedite' is different, in terms of 'what to do next'.

NVC will know, NVC will tell you.

IS SOME DISPARITY between forms and payments - so check in with NVC, they can tell you how to handle the rest.
